Whole View Health operates as a self-pay practice with an emphasis on transparency and respect for patients’ time and resources. Fees are discussed in advance, with no surprise billing, allowing care to remain focused on clinical needs rather than administrative complexity.

House Calls

In-home visits are provided when clinically appropriate. Visit fees reflect the time and coordination involved. Any additional considerations are discussed in advance.

• Initial or Annual Comprehensive Medical Evaluation (60 min): $275 (in-home visit only)

• Follow-Up Visit (30 min): $150 (virtual or in-home visit)

• Brief Follow-Up / Medication Review (15 min): $90 (virtual or in home visit)

  • A comprehensive medical evaluation is performed for new patients or when a full reassessment is clinically indicated (annually or with any change in condition or hospital discharge)

Hospice Caregiver Relief & Family Support

• Hospice Relief Evaluation: $175 (In-home visit only)

• Ongoing caregiver relief services are individualized based on clinical needs, time involved, and care setting. Fees discussed following evaluation

Additional Considerations

• Individualized ongoing care arrangements may be considered

• Patients outside of Nassau County may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with fees adjusted for location

• Care involving multiple individuals within the same household may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with fees adjusted based on time, clinical needs, and scope of services
