Whole View Health operates as a self-pay practice for medical visits with an emphasis on transparency and respect for patients’ time and resources. Fees are discussed in advance, with no surprise billing, allowing care to remain focused on clinical needs rather than administrative complexity. Most Major insurances accepted for psychiatric services, see below.

Medical House Calls

In-home visits are provided when clinically appropriate. Visit fees reflect the travel, time, and coordination involved. Any additional considerations are discussed in advance.

  • Initial or Annual Comprehensive Medical Evaluation (60 min): $265 (in-person visit only)

    • A comprehensive medical evaluation is performed for new patients or when a full reassessment is clinically indicated (once annually or with any change in condition or hospital discharge)

  • Follow-up Visit (30 min): $150 / $125 (in-home / virtual)

    • Follow-up visits address new concerns, medication changes, review and discussion of laboratory and imaging results, and referrals

  • Brief Follow-up / Medication Review (15 min): $95 / $75 (in-home / virtual)

    • Brief follow-up visits are for managing existing concerns, refilling current medications, and ordering routine labs or imaging.

Hospice Caregiver Relief & Family Support

  • Hospice Relief Evaluation: $175 (In-home visit only)

  • Ongoing caregiver relief services are individualized based on clinical needs, time involved, and care setting. Fees discussed following evaluation.

Psychiatric Services

Most Major Insurances accepted for psychiatric services (Aetna, Anthem BC/BC, Carelon, Cigna, Oscar (Optum), Oxford, United. Psychiatric services are provided through Headway

Self-Pay Schedule as above (super-bills provided for out-of-network benefits)

Psychiatric appointments are available in person @ 54 Sunnyside Blvd., Plainview, NY or virtually. House calls are not available for psychiatric visits.

Additional Considerations

  • Individualized ongoing care arrangements may be considered

  • Patients outside of Nassau County may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with fees adjusted for location

  • Care involving multiple individuals within the same household may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with fees adjusted based on time, clinical needs, and scope of services

  • If in-home visits are not possible, patients can be see at Plainview office location, limited availability
